Terms of Use

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Mistera AI ("Mistera") app and website, operated by Ahmet Taha Berberoğlu. By using the app you accept these terms.

What the service is

Mistera is an entertainment app that generates AI-assisted interpretations based on tarot cards you pick or photograph and astrology charts calculated from birth details you provide.

For entertainment only — not advice

All readings in Mistera are for entertainment and personal reflection only. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it does not replace professional guidance.

Readings are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. You are solely responsible for your decisions — always consult a qualified professional on matters of health, law or finance.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mistera.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Credits and purchases

Rewarded ads

You can earn credits by watching ads; daily rewards are limited. Abusing the ad reward system through automation or fraud is prohibited.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate your account or access if these terms are violated.

Intellectual property

The design, texts and software of the app belong to Mistera. The Rider-Waite-Smith card images are in the public domain. Your questions remain yours; you may keep and share the generated readings for personal purposes.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Subject to mandatory consumer protection law, Mistera is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of your place of residence are competent.
